Your card expires soon and we're sending you a replacement card.*

Your new card will arrive in a generic envelope before your current card expires. If you've already received your card, activate your card via the Citi Mobile® App. To download the app**, text "App75" to "692484" or visit your app store. You can also activate by visiting Citi.com.

What if I don't receive my new card in time?

If you don't receive your card before the end of the expiration month, you can request a replacement card through your online account or by calling the number on the back of your card. For TTY: Use 711 or other Relay Service.

What else I should know?

Your replacement card has a new expiration date and security code. Once activated, you should provide your updated card information to any merchants who automatically bill your card and to any online retailers where you store card details. You can use your card until the last day of the expiration month indicated on the card or until the replacement is activated.
