How it works

Want to view a statement online? Here's how:

  • When you open a consumer checking or savings account online, you must agree to paperless delivery of your statements and some legal notices. You can change your statement delivery preferences at anytime while your account is open.
  • You'll get an email every month when your statement is available online—simply click the link to view it immediately
  • You can view your statements online in PDF format using Adobe Acrobat Reader or other similar software.

1. Online statements not available for all accounts. Periodic statements for checking, linked Checking Plus® (variable rate) line of credit and savings accounts (other than stand-alone CDs) opened through Citi® Online or Citi Mobile® will be delivered electronically. Online statements are not available for any accounts held in an Individual Retirement Account (IRA) or for stand-alone Certificates of Deposit. Archived account statements become available within 24-48 hours of your request. The paperless statement service is not available for business accounts managed through Citi Online.
