In an effort to ensure convenience wherever possible, Citi's Bulk Data Processing service collects data relating to utility bills paid at the branches of various collecting banks. This information is transferred to Citi's data processing centre, where we sort the data and transmit it to your offices.
We also offer reconciliation of funds received against the processed data relating to bills. We ensure immediate follow up with collecting branches for excess/short funds.
