Sarah supports the planning, directing, and coordination of day-to-day business performance activities for Citi Ventures. She works to create and communicate the strategic vision and impact of the Citi Ventures team—assessing and formulating strategic priorities and goals, and developing dashboards to track, measure, and analyze business performance, ensuring alignment with Citi Ventures’ mission and strategy.
Sarah joins Citi Ventures after earning her MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. During her time there she focused her coursework on venture capital, impact investing, and entrepreneurship to complement her summer internship in investment banking and position her to enter the venture ecosystem. Prior to Tuck, Sarah worked at Citigroup for six years, most recently working on the Strategic Regulatory Initiatives team as an integral part of Citi’s regulatory stress testing (CCAR) efforts. She started her career at Citi in the Global Risk Reporting & Analysis group.
Before joining Citi for the first time, Sarah earned her BA from the College of William & Mary with a dual major in International Relations and Economics, and spent a year interning at an investment bank in London after graduating. She is passionate about traveling, food and wine, intellectual discussion (often at the same time), as well as running and staying active (she is an NYC Marathon finisher).
