Lisa leads D10X efforts across Citi’s Institutional Clients Group to identify, validate, and launch new growth opportunities, leveraging the principles of Corporate Entrepreneurship and Lean Startup. Lisa joins Citi Ventures from Citi Treasury and Trade Solutions (TTS), where she was the Data Governance Officer and Head of Data Insights and AI. She brings to the team her knowledge of and experience in data management, data governance, systems integration, big data technologies, and advanced analytics including machine learning.
In her more than two decades of leadership at Citi, Lisa has held multiple roles in strategy planning and execution, product management, and program management, and has successfully ushered in large-scale transformations in Revenue Management, Pricing and Billing, Supply Chain Finance, and Bank Fee Reconciliation. She has driven the delivery of digital solutioning and visualization tools to drive client experience and business growth.
Prior to joining Citi, Lisa had a career in Hospitality and Food Services Management at Marriott Corporation, Sodexho, and Restaurant Associates. She is a veteran of the United States Air Force, has an MBA from Baruch College's Zicklin School of Business, and received her Bachelor’s degree from Long Island University in Sociology and Anthropology. Lisa serves on the Board of Directors of SAGE Services and Advocacy for LGBT Elders, and on the Board of Directors Executive Committee for the Harlem School of the Arts.
