As ICG Operations and Technology (O&T) Head, Latin America and Mexico, Allison Szmulewicz is responsible for simplifying and integrating our ICG O&T teams in Mexico and Latin America, ensuring excellence in service delivery for internal partners and clients, and continually improving our risk and control frameworks and operating environment.

Prior to her appointment, Allison led the TTS Client Operations Infrastructure and Channel & Enterprise Services Team, where she was responsible for providing Change Management activities to Client Operations -- relating to Client Operations' core infrastructure and technology investment (Robotics, Workflow, Self-Service capabilities) and enterprise-wide initiatives (Flexcube), with a global team comprised of over 700 professionals. Additionally, she led change management activities for TTS products by providing business requirements, operations, service and client readiness and UAT & PVT testing utilities to the business.

Allison joined Citi Private Bank 16 years ago. Her last assignment was leading the online client experience team. Allison’s responsibilities included connecting with business partners and clients to drive strategic initiatives across the Private Bank’s websites and client-facing applications. Allison launched the first mobile app for Ultra High Net Worth clients in the industry and introduced the first client-facing social network at the Private Bank. Under her tenure, client engagement in the online channel grew five-fold.

Prior to joining Citi, Allison managed Lazard Frères Asset Management’s marketing team, responsible for creating over 500 client review and sales pitch presentations a year. She was instrumental in moving the organization’s marketing and client review efforts from the paper heavy “pitch book” process to an online view of account information. Allison played a key role in developing the LazardNet.com website, which was the firm’s first online offering for client account reviews.

Allison, her husband and three children live in Mexico City.
