Online Card Activation

To activate your card online, please select one of the two options below:

I do not have access to Citi Online, or I have received a card as my current card is about to expire.

You can still activate your card online. An SMS Activation Code will be sent to your mobile phone, so you need your mobile number registered with us (this will be shown to you during step 2) and have this mobile phone with you*

I have access to Citi Online

Once you sign on, you can activate your card from the Service Centre page.

*Otherwise you can call us on 0800 00 55 00 (+44 207 500 55 00 from overseas) and use your t-PIN to activate your card via our automated service.
