  • E-form — All complaints can be lodged here;
  • Email — For all complaints contact us at pak.complaints@citi.com;
  • UAN — For all complaints contact us at 111-999-999. For commercial card related queries, contact us at Local: 0800 88880 and International: +44 203 569 6371
  • Surface Mail — All complaints can be addressed to any Citi branch;
  • Fax — All complaints can be sent to 021-35293558; and
  • Complaint boxes / registers — All complaints can be dropped in complaint boxes / registers placed in all Citi branches
