Citi Appoints Krisztina Pusztai as Head of Human Resources for Hungary

Budapest, Hungary – Krisztina Pusztai has been appointed to lead the HR function for Citibank in Hungary effective March 2025. In this role, she ensures the end-to-end delivery of effective HR governance for the more than 3,000 employees of the Bank and the Citi Solutions Center (CSC) Budapest site supporting the banking group’s operations across the globe.

Krisztina has 30 years of HR experience, including more than 20 years in leadership positions in the shared services environment. She has worked for Citi for over 10 years, where she has been HR Head for the Citi Solutions Center (CSC) Budapest site and Labor Relations Lead for Central Europe for the past 2 years. She started her HR career in the fields of hospitality and IT.

Krisztina graduated with a master’s degree from the Faculty of Economics of the University of Miskolc. She earned her second degree at the Faculty of Law of Eötvös Lóránd University.
