• 5% Cash back on gas at Costco and 4% cash back on other eligible gas and electric vehicle (EV) charging for the first $7,000 per year in combined Costco and other eligible gas and/or EV charging purchases, and then 1% thereafter

Who can apply for the Costco Anywhere Visa^® Card by Citi?

You must have an active/paid Costco membership to apply for the Costco Anywhere Visa^® Card by Citi. If you’re not yet a Costco member, there are three easy ways to apply.

1. Visit your local Costco warehouse and sign up in person with your valid government-issued photo ID.
2. Sign up online at Costco.com.
3. Call Costco’s Member Service Center at 1-800-774-2678.

Once you’re an active Costco member, you can apply for the Costco Anywhere Visa^® Card by Citi. Note that anyone you plan to add as an authorized user must also have a Costco membership to be eligible.

How to Apply for a Costco Anywhere Visa® Card by Citi

There are a few pieces of information you’ll want to have near when you’re ready to apply for a Costco Anywhere Visa^® Card by Citi, including:

• Your current, active Costco membership number
• Personal information like your Social Security number (SSN), date of birth and address
• Financial details, like your total annual income and monthly mortgage or rent payment

If you plan to add an authorized user to your account, you’ll need to provide the same information for that applicant as well.

When you’re ready to apply for a Costco Anywhere Visa® Card by Citi, there are three ways to do it.

• In-person: Visit the membership counter at your local Costco warehouse.
• Online: Submit an application online and get a response in under a minute.
• Over the phone: Apply for a card over the phone by calling 1-800-259-3052.

Once you submit your application, you may receive a response in under a minute. If approved, it can take 7 to 10 business days to receive your new credit card in the mail.
