Before doing so, you should make sure that you’re using your Safari Browser as well as the latest update of your Citi Mobile App. Here are the steps:
- Tap the aA in the Safari Address Bar
- Tap Manage Extensions
- Toggle Citi Shop to On then tap Done
- Enable Citi Shop and grant Always Allow permissions to find savings every day
- Tap Always Allow...
- Tap Always Allow on Every Website to find savings as you shop
- You will be redirected to citi.com to sign on and enroll

Redeeming Percentage and Amount Back Offers
Once alerted to a percentage or amount back offer through the Citi Shop browser extension, click to activate the offer.
Make sure to review the offer terms and conditions and activate the offer before completing the transaction.
