Sign On

Sign on using your Citi Mobile®App

Now Citi offers multiple ways to access your account. Sign on to Citi.com with your Citi Mobile® App instead of your User ID and password for enhanced security.
Note: Only users who are enrolled in Face ID®, Touch ID®, biometrics or 6-digit pin are eligible to sign on using QR Code.


Here’s How It Works:


Step 1

Open your Citi Mobile® App and select the QR Code scanner.

*Snapshot users: Click Sign On then select the QR Code.

Step 2

Simply hold your phone steady and the camera will automatically scan the QR Code.

Step 3

Once you’ve successfully scanned the QR Code, you’re signed on to Citi.com.

Scan this QR Code using your Citi Mobile® App

QR Code refreshes every 45 seconds. After the third refresh, click Sign On With QR Code to generate a new code.
